Is this approved by the Philippine FDA (FDA-PH)?
The PainFree PEMF system holds FDA 510(k) clearance (United States), CE Mark (European Union), and approval from the Israeli Ministry of Health — three of the most rigorous medical device regulatory frameworks in the world. Philippine FDA registration is currently in process. In the meantime, the device is legally importable for use in licensed medical clinics under existing Philippine medical device regulations. What exactly am I buying — a machine, a franchise, or a license?
You are purchasing the medical device itself, along with a clinic partnership agreement that includes: complete clinical protocols, staff training, patient acquisition support, marketing materials, and ongoing technical support. You operate the equipment in your own clinic under your own business. This is not a franchise in the traditional sense — there are no ongoing royalty fees. You own the machine and the revenue it generates.
What is the minimum investment?
The total investment includes the device, shipping, installation, staff training, and initial marketing materials. Investment ranges start from approximately ₱1.5M depending on configuration. We do not publish a fixed price publicly because the right configuration depends on your clinic's specific needs, volume, and setup. What happens after I fill out the inquiry form?
Three things, in order: (1) You receive a confirmation within 24 hours — a real person, not a bot. (2) We schedule a 30-minute introductory call to understand your clinic and answer your specific questions. (3) We send you the full investment brief: device specs, ROI model built around your actual numbers, setup timeline, support structure, and financing options. No commitment is required at any stage.
How long until the machine pays for itself?
At 8 sessions/day at ₱2,500/session (conservative), monthly revenue is approximately ₱520,000. At that rate, a ₱1.5M investment has a payback period of roughly 3 months. Is there an ongoing royalty or fee after I buy the machine?
No ongoing royalty fees. You own the machine outright. Revenue from every session is yours. We offer optional ongoing support packages for marketing and clinical protocol updates, but these are not mandatory and not a condition of the partnership.
Do I need a doctor or medical staff to operate it?
PEMF sessions are non-invasive and do not require operator supervision during treatment. A trained clinic attendant can manage sessions once the device is set up. However, we recommend that a licensed physiotherapist or physician conduct the initial patient assessment and treatment protocol design. Our training covers all of this.
Has this been used in the Philippines before?

Can I see the device operating before I commit?
